Binding contract governing your use of Destream Services.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. THIS IS A BINDING CONTRACT.
1. Introduction
Welcome to the services operated by DESTREAM SERVICES LTD (with its affiliates, "destream") which enables users to send and accept payments for their services on the website available at https://destream.net
Important Notice
DESTREAM SERVICES LTD is not a regulated financial services provider. All user balances and transactions are secured by third-party licensed payment institutions.
By clicking "Sign Up" or otherwise accessing the Destream Services, you enter into a legally binding agreement and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
3. Destream Users
Roles and definitions
Content Creator
Responsible for contribution of information to media/digital media. Creates content including blogs, news, images, videos, audio, social updates, and other related content.
Destream Product
Software solution with customizable widgets to enhance streams. Allows display of YouTube videos, text, and links with control over airtime, display size, appearance, duration, and cost. Includes animations, behavior, sound effects, Smart Narration, and additional media display.
Audience
Users who consume content/services and have the opportunity to send payments to Content Creators through the Destream platform.
4. Use by Minors and Blocked Persons
Services Not Available To
- • Persons under the age of 18
- • Users previously removed from Destream Services
- • Persons barred under EU laws or export/re-export restrictions
By using Destream, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
10. Payment
Payment processing and withdrawal terms
Payment Transfer
Entering card details and clicking "pay" confirms Audience's goodwill to transfer the indicated amount to Content Creator.
All payment charges are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn or charged back by Audience.
Value Fixation
You can order Destream to convert all incoming funds immediately into EUR and store until further notification. By using this function, you accept Destream's internal conversion rate.
Receiving Payments
- • Destream reserves the right to collect fees for payments received
- • Content Creators liable for chargebacks/disputes on their transactions
- • Excessive chargebacks may result in additional controls/restrictions
- • Must provide identification documents for withdrawal requests
- • Bank account information must be accurate (country cannot be changed)
- • Two-factor authentication (2FA) required for all withdrawals
Important Restrictions
- • Withdrawals only to bank cards belonging to you (no third-party cards)
- • 2FA mandatory for any withdrawal (not available without 2FA)
- • PayPal transactions may be held for 24 hours after transfer
15. Account and Password
KYC Requirement
To use certain features and withdraw payments from your account, you must pass KYC using our KYC provider.
USERS WHO HAVE NOT PASSED KYC WILL NOT BE ABLE TO WITHDRAW FROM THEIR ACCOUNT.
Your Responsibility
- • Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information
- • Maintain confidentiality of your account and password
- • Restrict access to your computer
- • You are responsible for all activities under your account
- • Providing false information or fake documents is a crime
You may not sell, rent, lease, share, or provide access to your account without express written permission from Destream.
21. Prohibited Conduct

14. Destream Fee
Platform Fee (PF): 4.77%
Total Fee Calculation: TF + PF
(TF = Transaction channel fee charged by third-party payment providers)
17. Account Suspension
When and why accounts may be suspended
Investigation Period
Destream may delay collection/payment for up to 90 days for purposes of preventing unlawful activity, fraud, risk assessment, security, or investigation. You may provide documentary confirmation to accelerate investigation.
Immediate Suspension
Destream reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts without notice for:
- • Violation of Terms of Service or applicable law
- • Fraudulent use or misuse of Services
- • Technical or legitimate business reasons
Account Maintenance Penalty
In case of misconduct, Destream may not reimburse all or part of amounts corresponding with account maintenance. If reimbursement is approved, Content Creator has 1 month to provide required information after receiving third notification email.
19. Storage of Cardholder's Credentials
Credentials on File (COF) terms
By clicking "donate" or ticking the relevant checkbox, you authorize Destream and its payment processing service provider to:
- Store your name, surname, card expiry date, and PAN number (Credentials on File)
- Initiate transactions on your behalf (Destream-Initiated COF Transactions)
- Process transactions initiated by you (Cardholder-Initiated COF Transactions)
Transaction Confirmation Details
Each transaction confirmation includes: card number, transaction amount, surcharges (if applicable), transaction currency, transaction date, authorization code, and Destream's location.
26. Taxes
Your Responsibility:
- • Determine if any taxes apply to payments sent or received
- • You are responsible for any taxes applicable to earnings through Destream
- • Correctly collect and report taxes to your local tax authority
- • Destream is not responsible for taxes arising from transactions
28. Governing Law
These Terms and the relationship between you and Destream shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus.
You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cyprus.
